Our By-Products

One of the benefits of by-products is that they can reduce waste and environmental impact. By reusing or recycling byproducts, businesses can reduce the amount of waste they produce and the resources they consume. This can help to conserve natural resources and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Additionally, by creating additional revenue streams from byproducts, businesses can improve their bottom line and become more sustainable in the long term.

ByProducts are an important part of many industries and can offer significant benefits for businesses, including reducing waste and creating additional revenue streams.

Our ByProducts achieved via Gasification

Energy - Heat

Hot water is a byproduct of the gasification process, which involves heating MSW or other materials to high temperatures in the presence of oxygen or air to produce a fuel gas. This hot water can be used for various purposes, and its importance lies in its potential for sustainable energy production and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

The Gasification heat from heat exchanger can be used for melting of segregated plastic from Municipal Solid Waste (MSW). Polypropylene & Polyethylene melt at 185 D Centigrade. Hot air of that temperature will pass over the plastic turning it into melted block without any emissions. As air has no weight and it transfers energy directly to plastic.

Biochar

Biochar is a type of charcoal that is produced by heating organic materials, such as wood chips, crop residues, and other biomass, in the absence of oxygen. The resulting material is a highly porous and stable form of carbon that can be used as a soil amendment or as a component in various industrial applications.

Fly ash is a byproduct of coal-fired power plants, and is composed of fine particles that are carried up the chimney with the exhaust gases. It is often used as a replacement for cement in concrete, as it offers significant benefits in terms of strength, durability, and sustainability.

Fly Ash Bricks

Fly ash bricks are building materials made from a mixture of fly ash, cement, sand, and water, which are then molded and compressed into rectangular shapes. They offer a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to traditional clay bricks, as they are made from waste materials and require less energy to produce.

Fuel pellets are small, cylindrical pieces of compressed biomass, such as wood, sawdust, agricultural residues, or waste materials, that are used as a renewable energy source. They are commonly used for heating and power generation, and offer significant benefits in terms of environmental sustainability, energy security, and economic development.

Drop in Fuel (DIF)

DIF-01

Drop-in fuels, also known as advanced biofuels, are liquid fuels that can be used as a direct substitute for traditional fossil fuels, such as gasoline and diesel, without the need for modifications to engines or infrastructure. They are derived from renewable sources, such as biomass and waste materials, and offer significant benefits in terms of environmental sustainability and energy security.

Sty paint, also known as thermal insulating paint, is a type of paint that contains insulating properties to reduce heat transfer and energy consumption in buildings. It is a cost-effective and sustainable solution for improving the energy efficiency of buildings and reducing carbon emissions.
